Service terms:

• Our product is used for washing clothes
• 1 year against manufacturing defects
• No warranty for electrical parts and consumables
• Under warranty service charges are free but to and fro, boarding and lodging allowances to be paid by the client.
• Service will be provided by head office Hyderabad to all over india.
• Our service team will give video call support to customer engineers on urgent basis for small issues.
• For major issues company will depart engineer on chargeable basis.
• Machine have to install and operate with all safety standards as per supplier suggestion.
• Those customer who don’t procure as per standard requirements of load and over using the product on small machinery with heavy loads, warranty will void.

Sales terms :

• Machine will be manufactured as per order only.
• Delivery period 6-8 weeks for semi automatic & 10-12 weeks for automatic product.
• Delivery will be done with 7-10 working days after receipt of 100% payment.
• Those customers who are unable to take the delivery on a stipulated period of time because of delay in site’s and again it will take 75% of the delivery time after clearance of the 100% payment.
• Once order placed will not be cancelled.

on unavoidable circumstances:

• Orders cancellation with in 1 week from payment effects 10% of deduction charges of full order value and balance amount will be returned in a flexible payments in a respectively period of 6 months.
• Order cancellation, after starting production after 15days of payment with genuine reason will effect 30%of deduction charges of full order value and amount will be returned in a flexible 6 emi in a time of 6 months.
• Order cancellation after sending Proforma invoice or before delivery and dragging for long time and repeated time of production demand and cancellation will effect upto 70% deductions charges of full order value and balance amount will be returned in a flexible 6 emi in a time of 6 months.
